THE ROLE 

CLAIR GROUP is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our global HR operations from our headquarters in Malta. In this key leadership role, you will oversee HR activities across multiple international subsidiaries, aligning people strategies with business goals and fostering a cohesive corporate culture across borders.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will carry out the following tasks

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in line with corporate objectives
  • Ensure compliance with aviation-specific regulatory and labor requirements in each jurisdiction
  • Develop and implement group-wide policies covering recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compensation
  • Deal with day-to-day HR issues and provide HR support to all employees of the subsidiaries
  • Ensure that all employee records are updated and maintained in a timely manner
  • Oversee payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company
  • Support HR operations by maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
  • Draft and maintain HR documents, forms, and reports

You will handle the HR strategy and be part of the Management team.

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS 

You have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. You have at least a 10 years’ experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in international or multi-subsidiary environments. At least 3–5 years in the aviation industry will be an asset. You are fluent in English; additional languages (especially French) are a plus. You have to be based in or willing to relocate to Malta.
