THE ROLE
CLAIR GROUP is looking for a qualified person to take on the role of Talent Acquisition and HR Officer. Reporting to the HR Director, you will join the team responsible for managing the various human resources missions of the Group’s French and foreign subsidiaries (around 150 employees). More specifically, you will be in charge of recruitment in France and abroad, and you will also be the HR contact for the Maltese subsidiaries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will carry out the following tasks:
Recruitment:
- Draw up recruitment processes: define the timetables and selection criteria for the various recruitment stages, prepare recruitment questionnaires and tests for specific positions,
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and finalize the job description,
- Choose the job boards best suited to the positions and post the job advertisements,
- Source qualified candidates through social media platforms and professional networks,
- Sort resumes to select candidates,
- Conduct initial telephone or video interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers,
- Continuously improve the employer brand to attract candidates,
- Create partnerships with schools,
HR Administration:
- Deal with day-to-day HR issues and provide HR support to all employees of the Maltese subsidiaries.
- Handle the work permit process by compiling the required documents, submit them online, and follow through with ID Malta and other external stakeholders until employment is obtained.
- Other general administration duties in the HR department.
Office Administration:
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly,
- Assist with office maintenance (ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance, etc.),
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or psychology and at least 3 years’ experience in a recruitment role. You are able to conduct interviews in French and English. You have a good command of office automation tools (Pack Office). Knowledge of Maltese employment regulations is required.

CONDITIONS
- Contrat : Full time, permanent employment
