To manage and develop the activity of the ASTONJET company, the management team requires experienced and dynamic profiles. From the position of Flight Operations Manager and Crew Training Manager to the position of General Manager, the main missions of these actors are the following:
- Supervision and coordination of operational teams on the ground and in the air,
- Management and follow-up of the commercial strategy set up with the Sales department,
- Compliance and enforcement of regulations along with the Quality Department and the relevant authorities,
- Infrastructure and equipment management,
- Mastery of internal and external communication, including crisis management,
- Supervision of recruitment along with the Human Resources department,
- Budget optimization.
Profile and skills
The positions of Flight Operations Manager, Crew Training Manager or General Manager require a first successful experience of at least 10 years in the aeronautical field, preferably as a pilot or in an airline company. In addition to technical knowledge of the field and a federative skill, excellent human qualities are essential.
