To manage and develop the ASTONFLY training center, the management team requires experienced and dynamic profiles. From the position of Training Center Manager to the position of General Manager, the main missions of these actors are :
- Supervision and coordination of the operational and pedagogical teams,
- Management and follow-up of the commercial strategy set up with the Sales department,
- Compliance and enforcement of regulatory compliance in conjunction with the Quality Department and the relevant authorities,
- Infrastructure and equipment management,
- Mastery of internal and external communication, including in case of crisis,
- Supervision of recruitment in conjunction with the Human Resources department,
- Budget optimization.
Profile and skills
The positions of Training Center Manager and General Manager require a first successful experience of at least 10 years in the aeronautical field, preferably in connection with training or customer service. In addition to technical knowledge of the field and a federative skill, excellent human qualities are essential.
