THE THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE INSTRUCTOR POSITION

As a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor, you’ll be helping to develop a department that plays a vital role in the instruction of professional student pilots, with high standards. To join ASTONFLY as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor, you need the following skills and qualifications:

• A theoretical ATPL, or at least demonstrated expertise in the subjects covered by the theoretical ATPL,
• an excellent level of English (C2 minimum on the European scale),
• ideally, you already have professional experience as a pilot (instruction or line), or in theoretical instruction of aeronautical subjects.

The Theoretical Knowledge Instructorr is expected to work as part of a team, and must deliver a quality service to satisfy ASTONFLY‘s customers. His/her main missions are to :

• Provide theoretical instruction for pilot training,
• create course content and propose any amendments or evolutions,
• ensure all teaching and support actions for students to maximize their success rate.
