The Sales Department
The sales department is the first actor in the growth of ASTONJET’s activity. It works as a team and must deliver a quality service adapted to the company’s very high-end customers. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, rigor and organization are required for these positions. The main missions of the sales department are:
- Process quotation requests and transform them into customer contracts,
- Seek customer satisfaction as part of the business proposal (aircraft, schedules, additional services, etc.),
- Develop the company’s commercial activities in compliance with commercial commitments to its customers and partners: to imagine and offer new services to existing customers,
- Achieve the goals set by the management.
Profiles and skills
From the position of Junior Sales Agent to Sales Manager, the department requires excellent commercial qualities in order to be a force of proposal towards the customers.
Candidates must demonstrate:
- A “fighter” nature,
- Initiative and organization, solution finder,
- Responsibility, autonomy, team spirit, within a sales department,
- Reactivity and dynamism,
- Ambition, always ready to pick up challenges and achieve goals,
