The Maintenance Agent position
The job of Maintenance Agent within CLAIR GROUP is a multi-skilled position that will be required to work for the various subsidiaries and on the 2 sites of the group. The missions of the Maintenance Agent position are as follows:
- Supervision of external providers,
- Routine repair work (electricity, plumbing, etc.),
- Global maintenance of buildings, interior and exterior,
- Lightweight handling,
- Clean surfaces and premises,
- Perform all routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment,
- Ensure general maintenance of installations,
- Supervise external service providers working on site,
- Carry out basic repairs on faulty equipment,
- Carry out handling or furniture assembly/disassembly operations,
- Maintain green spaces.
