CREW TRAINING ASSISTANT 

The Crew Training Assistant will be managed and will report to the Crew Training Manager. He/She will support the Crew Training Department in preparing and organizing training sessions for our flight crew members. This role offers a fantastic learning experience with opportunities for growth. The chosen candidate will be in contact with various training organization and scheduling agent to organize crew duties safely and effectively. 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

• Assist in preparing and organizing training sessions for flight crew members. 

• Maintain accurate training records and documentation. 

• Help coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling and material distribution. 

• Ensure adherence to all company policies, aviation regulations, and safety standards. 

• Participate in ongoing learning to enhance your own skills and knowledge in crew training. 

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

• Specific experience in a training role will be considered as an asset. 

• Hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. 

• Strong interest in aviation and crew training. 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to responsibilities. 

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office software. 

CONDITIONS

• Location :  Malta 

• Entry: Immediate Start 

• Contract: Full time, Permanent employment. 

• Salary: Competitive according to the level of experience
