Charter Sales Representative

THE ROLE: 

The charter sales representatives are part of the ASTONJET sales team and are under the responsibility of the Sales Manager. The sales department is a key department for the sale of flights, planning and organization of all ASTONJET flights worldwide.  

At the very heart of aviation operations, you will be responsible for responding to quotes and developing sales, managing all tasks to perform private jet flights, complying with EASA Regulations, and representing the company professionally at all levels. 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Provide high quality customer service,  
  • Provide quotes for all Astonjet services and process new flight bookings,  
  • Proactively identify all sales opportunities,  
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and company’s departments,  
  • General administration and reporting duties 
  • Organize Urgent Medical Flights   

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Commercial degree and solid knowledge of aviation and flight regulations acquired during a first experience or internship,  
  • A strong desire to work in a busy aviation business with a high degree of energy, drive, and a willingness to take on responsibilities,  
  • Adaptability and flexibility to deal with last minute changes,   
  • Able to multi-task and work well in a dynamic, fast paced team environment,  
  • The ability to think outside of the box and work logically to solve problems,  
  • Excellent communication, organization, and effective time management skills,  
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written, French will be considered a plus  
  • Strong proficiency in information technology  
  • Willing to work on a shift base, including nights and weekends,  
  • A clear criminal record is required.
