THE ROLE 

The Safety and Quality Officer will be managed and will report to the Compliance and Safety Manager.

Your main task will be to manage the daily operations of the Safety Management System (SMS) for Clair Group companies (Astonjet, Astonfly, Astontec, and Astonsky).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

For this position, your missions will be:

  • Leading the development and management of flight safety manuals and SMS.
  • Conducting safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Analyzing incident and accident reports to identify trends and recommend preventive measures.
  • Facilitating safety training programs for crew and ground staff.
  • Collaborating with technical and operational teams to integrate safety considerations into all phases of flight operations.
  • Updating manuals and procedures based on current regulations.
  • Participating in safety communication actions.

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS 

You have a first experience in the field of quality in a similar function in the aeronautical field (CAMO, ATO, Part 145, AOC).

To meet these criteria, you will need to demonstrate:
