THE ROLE

CLAIR GROUP is looking for a qualified person to take on the role of Receptionist. The Receptionist will ensure the best service level to be provided to all visitors calling or visiting the premises and assisting in any administrative duties in a professional and efficient manner. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will carry out the following tasks :  

  • Provide a first point of contact for visitors,  
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel,  
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries to the office, 
  • Assist with office administration and maintenance (ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance, etc.),  
  • Being the central point of receipt of employees’ inquiries and redirecting accordingly. 

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

You have a first experience in an office environment. 

You will need to demonstrate : 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Excellent presentation  
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English 
  • Thoroughness and organization 
  • Initiative and autonomy 
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office.

 

CONDITIONS

  • Contract : Part-time 15 hours/week, permanent employment 
  • Location : St Julian’s, Malta 
  • Onboarding : As soon as possible 
  • Annual Gross Salary : Depending on experience
