THE ROLE
We currently have an engaging role for an experienced Flight Attendant to join our company and fly on a Cessna Citation Latitude.
You will be responsible for providing a high level of service on board the aircraft and will be the main contact for passengers. Upstream, you will be responsible for equipping the aircraft, managing stocks and orders. You will also be responsible for ensuring that safety conditions are respected during a flight, and that passengers are satisfied.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming passengers and delivering personalized and high-standard service on board
- Ensuring the security and safety of passengers during the flights
- Provide in-flight services such as meal and beverage service, amenity distribution, and entertainment assistance
- Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
- Management of aircraft inventory and relations with suppliers
- Receiving/ordering in-flight services and preparing for flights
- Communicating with the sales department on feedback and specific customer requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience on Cessna Citation Latitude or similar is a MUST
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with high service skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Organized, discreet and flexible
- Wines, fine dining, and multi-cultural knowledge
- Unrestricted passport
- Fluent in English – French is appreciated
- Applicant must live in or be willing to relocate within a 2-hour call out time of their airport base
CONDITIONS
- Entry: As soon as possible
- Airport Base: Paris-le Bourget (LFPB)
- Contract: Full time, Permanent employment
- Gross Salary: 3000€ gross per month + per diem
- Roster: 20 days ON – 10 days OFF including pay leave
