Sale of the Astonsky terminal to Jet Aviation

Published on 31 July 2025 · Clair Group

Clair Group and its founding president Charles Clair announce, on this 31 July 2025, the completed sale of its Astonsky business aviation terminal, located at Paris-Le Bourget airport, to Jet Aviation.

Since its launch in 2019, Astonsky has established itself as a reference in the European FBO market, thanks to the exclusivity of its facilities and the quality of its services, designed to meet the most demanding expectations of its passengers and partners.

We warmly thank all the teams who, through their commitment and expertise, helped make Astonsky a key player in business aviation.

“We are focusing our resources on the growth of our core business: business aircraft management and operation.”

The sale of this business is part of Clair Group's strategy: to continue the international development of the airline Astonjet by concentrating its resources and investments on its core business.

Alongside this activity, in 2019 we seized the opportunity to develop an FBO offering, at a time when the services available at Paris-Le Bourget did not, in our view, reflect the level of exclusivity and service expected by this clientele travelling to the French capital.

Today, we are pleased to hand over to Jet Aviation, and wish them every success in continuing and developing Astonsky's legacy.
